Tired of re-sending missing or lost statements? e-Connect's Online Statement option gives your customers instant access to their current monthly statement as well as statements from up to six months prior. Simply direct them to the website where they can access and re-print their statements on their own.

Contracts

With the Contracts feature, e-Connect allows your customers the ability to view their contracts online. After logging into their account, they'll be able to see how many gallons they have remaining on any of their open accounts.

Credit Card Payments

Select the Credit Card Payments option to allow your customers the convenience of being able to make a credit card payment online in a secure, encrypted environment. You have the option to configure a "convenience fee" if desired.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Through the e-Connect Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT) feature, your customers can make online EFT payments to their accounts directly from their checking or savings accounts. Once payments are entered, a EFT file is created, which can then be sent to your bank for processing.
